      Issue Summary

      Wallboard doesn't display correctly

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. go to wallboard

      Expected Results

      Wallboard displays

      Actual Results

      Wallboard is empty, ftl error reported in the logs.

      Workaround

      Go to <bamboo_installation_dir>/atlassian-bamboo folder. Find the file called telemetry.ftl and replace it with the one attached to this ticket.
