Issue Summary
The branch plan drop-down button does not differentiate between enabled and disabled branches as older Bamboo versions.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Bamboo 7.0.1.
- Access any plan that contains branches and disable any branch.
- Click on the drop-down button in the plan branch.
Expected Results
Bamboo should differentiate between enabled and disabled branches as older Bamboo versions:
Enabled branches are shown in blue and at the top of the list and disabled branches are shown in gray at the bottom of the list.
Actual Results
In Bamboo 7.0.1, all the branches are shown in gray color:

This issue is surprisingly painful for us. Switching branches used to be quite easy since we have very few active branches (they were always at the top of the list). But now, it requires searching (not ideal) or scrolling for a while since we have many inactive branches (see BAM-18532).
