Problem Definition

Only users that has the global permission "admin" can manage Users Groups. The problem is that there is no functionality that allows a user to manage their Users Groups, without having access to the other administrator menus.

Suggested Solution

Create a new feature in which the Bamboo allows a User to manage your own Users Groups, without having access to the other administrator menus. (Like a group owner role)
