Add the option to change the type of an existing linked repository definition

Problem definition

An existing Linked repository definition in Bamboo has a set type and cannot be changed (the Repository host field). When moving from a repository provider to another the type of the repository requires to be changed. Currently this requires removal of the existing definition and creation of a new definition.

Suggested solution

Add the possibility to convert a repository from one type to another.
