SPECS Export missing SSH and SCP port method

Issue Summary

When a plan with SCP Task or SSH task is exported as SPECS, neither port is exported

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a plan
2. Add SCP or SSH task
3. In the advanced option of the task config, add port number
4. Navigate to Plan Configuration > Actions>View plan as Java Specs

Expected Results

The SSH task or SCP task configuration should contain the defined port method

Actual Results

No port information is exported

Workaround

Manually add the port methods
