Add option in Bamboo Specs to override global HBK settings on the Plan level.

Problem Definition

Hung Build Killer is configured globally. There is not an option in YAML based specs to disable the Hung Build Killer for an individual Plan.

The checkmark exists to disable the HBK for plans which are not configured using a Specs definition.

If a single Build Plan is known to take longer than the configured global settings, HBK will end the build before it is completed.

Suggested Solution

Add the capability to Specs to disable/override HBK on the individual Plan level.

Workaround

a) configure global HBK settings to allow for the longest build of all current build plans.

b) Switch to Java Specs. In Java Specs, you can use .ignoreHungBuilds() to disable HBK for the plan.
