Allow --follow-tags for Repository Push

Example:

When running commands which commits and tags, for example

npm version major

Without having to use the Repository Commit and Repository Tag tasks.

It would be preferable to use the Repository Push with the option to push existing tags in the repo. Using the `-follow-tags` and/or `-tags`
