Bamboo should send the STOPPED status to bitbucket server when a build is stopped

      Problem

      Not every Bamboo status is mapped to Bitbucket server. Status like the not built or never built are represented as failed in Bitbucket which is a problem.

      Suggested solution

      Send the status STOPPED to Bitbucket which is a better representation of the CI status.

      ⚠️This status is still not available in Bitbucket Server. This feature request is blocked until the BSERV-12000 is implemented.
