Description
Problem
Sometimes a build is stopped in a CI tool and that does not mean the build is Failed. In Bamboo, for example, the not built or never built statuses don't mean there is an issue with the source code. Given that those statuses don't mean a failed build, they need a better status to represent them in the Bitbucket server.
Suggested solution
Add an extra build status called STOPPED. This could represent that a build was stopped without sharing that there is an issue with the build. This status is already available in Bitbucket cloud and adding it to BBS will help Atlassian tools to speak the same language to users.
