Can't choose r5.8xlarge/r5.16xlarge instance types

Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Elastic Bamboo config and create new image
2. try to choose r5.8xlarge instance type

Expected Results

It can be chosen

Actual Results

It's not listed

Notes

aws-api was updated to version 1.11.549 which excluded these instance types.
It was returned at version 1.11.584

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
