In Bamboo Specs deployment environments does not have OID

      Please implement OID for deployment environments. It will greatly help us with tasks like renaming environments as environment names are not unique.

            When we rename an environment, it essentially creates an entirely new environment and we lose deploy history. We'd like to be able to change the name of the environment without completely losing the deployment history. Thanks!
