REST API docs: Add the "max-result" property in every rest endpoint that can make use of it

Problem

There are some REST API endpoints that have its results restricted to 25 and could be adjusted by using the "max-result" property, but this is not showing as available in our docs.

Suggested Solution

Update all the documented REST API endpoints that can use this property to show it as a possible configuration.
