Bamboo does not detect any changes on the first build of any plan/branch since there is no comparison point to figure out which changes to include. Bamboo can't just look back in time unconditionally, because it could end up with too many results.

Please add some specialized handling for branches to maybe always include just the last commit, or all commits since the branch was created.

In Bamboo 6.10, it was solved for Git-powered repository types. This issue is about adding the same feature the remaining repository types that support branch detection.
