As an administrator I want to be able to disable the list of administrators

      Summary

      Currently logged-in users can view list of administrators by clicking the "Contact administrator" button where it is displayed or by navigating to <BambooUrl>/viewAdministrators.action.

      For privacy reasons some administrators do not want their name or details to be displayed on this page, so the administrator wants to disable the page entirely.
