Problem Definition
Bamboo's internal build state and the database state is misaligned when a temporary database outage occurs and only a restart can re-align the two states.
Suggested Solution
Improve Bamboo ability to recover build state without an application restart.
Why this is important
This can result in an endlessly running build that is no longer running at the agent. When visiting the build result page, the page will constantly spam refresh.
