Add checkout task for YAML Bamboo Specs

It's not possible to checkout another repository as part of plan managed by YAML Specs.
It's not possible to checkout repository as part of Deployment environment managed by YAML specs.

Suggestion
Add checkout task which accept linked repository and allows to specify destination folder and property if clean checkout is forced
