Provide a way to configure Slack notifications through YAML specs

      Problem

      We are able to configure Slack notifications (from Slack Notifications for Bamboo ) using Java Specs. The same configuration does not seem to be possible through YAML Specs.

      Suggested solution

      Provide a way to configure slack notifications in Bamboo through YAML.
