Users have no way of knowing a plugin is incompatible with a Bamboo version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. From Bamboo administrative page, click Find new apps
2. Use the search text field to search for eg. Rest API
3. It returns a page of apps
   
4. Click the install button

Expected Results

The installation modal pops up

Actual Results

The Install button is not responsive from a users perspective. But in the browser developers console, an HTTP response code of 404 is seen.

The install button or some message should show the app is incompatible with the Bamboo version.
