Accessing NCover tab in Plan Summary will have HTTP error 400

Issue Summary

Clicking on the NCover tab at Plan Summary >> NCover tab will have HTTP Error 400

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable "NCover output will be produced" option at Plan Configuration >> <jobName> >> Miscellaneous
2. Navigate to Plan Summary >> NCover tab

Expected Results

It will show the Coverage Summary Graph

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the browser:

This page isn’t working 
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 400

Notes

Plan Summary NCover tab is tested to be working fine in Bamboo 5.8.5

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
