Bamboo admin can revoke agent authorization from agent details screen

      There're 2 lists at agent screens: online/offline agents and authorized/pending agents. If administrator wants to revoke authorization from any agents it's hard to see what agent has what UUID.
      Bamboo should provide functionality to revoke agent authorization from UI/REST
