Extend the compatibility of repository-stored specs to Perforce

      Problem Definition

      According to the official documentation, by now, repository-stored specs is only compatible with the following repositories:

      • Bitbucket Cloud
      • Git
      • GitHub
      • Subversion

      Suggested Solution

      I would be awesome to have repository-stored specs compatible with other VCS that are compatible with Bamboo like Perforce
