Turning off audit logging does not result in any logs

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Enable Bamboo Audit Logging
      2. Make a change to confirm Audit Logging is turned on.
      3. Disable audit logging

      Expected Behaviour

      An Audit log telling who and when turned off audit logging.

      Observed Behaviour

      No Audit logs or any other log showing this change.
