Issue Summary

Chrome/Safari open artifacts in browser even though those artifacts should be downloaded

Environment

• Chrome
• Safari
• Bamboo 6.8.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an artifact for a ZIP file
2. Click on the artifact to download it

Expected Results

The artifact will be downloaded

Actual Results

The artifact is opened and viewed in the browser

Notes

• The same artifact works fine in Bamboo 6.7.2
• The problem does not happen with Firefox
• The Content-Type showing text/plain even though it should be application/zip
• If it is a large artifact, the browser will hang trying to open it

Workaround

Enable the option "Resolve artifacts content type by extension" at Administration >> Security >> Security settings
