Bamboo uses deprecated Bitbucket Cloud REST API v1.0. This API is going to be discountinued after 12 Apr 2019

Symptoms:
Bitbucket Cloud Repository configuration UI doesn't work, in particular, it doesn't list repositories and branches. Editing and creating new BBC repositories in Bamboo is no longer possible.
Repositories that are already configured should continue to function normally (i.e. checking out, change & branch detection should work normally)

Workaround:
Use plain Git or Mercurial repository types.
