1. build with 2 jobs
2. run build with job2 failing
3. disable job 2
4. rerun the failed build

Build keep refreshing the page

Workaround

1. Stop the browser page reload manually
2. Open a new tab and navigate to the plan affected
3. Stop the build
   
4. Run a completely new build
