Ignore branch detection for failing repositories

      Problem Definition

      If Bamboo is unable to access the repository due to SSH invalidation, the branch detection service will throw errors.

      Suggested Solution

      Limit the number of attempts when repositories are not accessible

      Why this is important

      With plans not in use, Bamboo will keep writing the same errors indefinitely

      Workaround

      Resave the repository with a valid account, preferably an account with admin privileges
