Rest API endpoint to encrypt variables content

It would be nice to have a Rest endpoint to retrieve the hash for a given plaintext that can be used as an encrypted variable in Bamboo.

A good use case for this would be to use the hash in Bamboo specs code avoiding exposing sensitive data inside the Java code.
