(REST) As an admin, I would like to provide plan name and description on clone endpoint

      Issue

      Reviewing Bamboo's source code com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.rest.resource.CloneResource#getClone and endpoint provided in https://docs.atlassian.com/atlassian-bamboo/REST/6.6.1/#d2e3058, there are no parameters exposed to set up:

      • plan name
      • plan description

      This behavior differs from what Bamboo provides in UI while cloning a plan (http://localhost:8085/build/admin/create/clonePlan.action?planKeyToClone=)

      Suggestion

      As an admin, I would like to be able to clone a plan consuming REST API having the same flexibility as the one exposed in Bamboo's UI, being able to provide the same input in both actions.
