Allow Bamboo to trigger child plans when parent plan is run as a customized build

Problem Description:

Currently, when a parent plan is triggered as a customized build the child plan, in this case, is never triggered automatically (considering the build dependency is configured).

Expected Solution:

Child plan should also execute when a parent plan is executed as a customized build.
