bamboo.sh assumes that the correct "java" executable is on the path

      This often results in Bamboo being started with an incompatible JRE (e.g. libgcj - see BSP-447).

      To fix this, $JAVA_HOME/bin/ needs to be added to the beginning of RUN_CMD.
