Problem Definition
When the XML import fails due to the version of the XML export not being on the direct upgrade path to the installed version, the error message states:
"Import failed. Please contact Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/ and attach your export file.
Export was produced by Bamboo build 51118. Import is not possible"
Suggested Solution
Be more specific about why the import was not possible. E.g. "Import is not possible because version 5.11 is not on the direct upgrade path to 6.6. Please refer to our upgrade guide for more detail on the correct upgrade path."
Remove messaging around "Please contact Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/ and attach your export file." under this scenario.
