Make "Delete Project" a configurable option

      Problem Definition

      For some companies or teams, the ability to Delete a Project is useful for the Project Admins, however others – like larger companies – prefer that this be limited to the system/global administrators.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow System administrators (eg: in Admin >> Security settings) the option for Project Admins to delete Projects. Have this be disabled by default.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround at this time.
