      Problem Description:

      When using shared artifacts and child plans functionality, with a Bamboo Specs plan being the parent. When the plan is run normally (not a Specs update) the dependencies function correctly, and the plans are successful.
      However, since Bamboo Specs runs do not produce an artifact, the Child plans will fail at the Artifact Download task.

      Suggested Solution:

      Bamboo Specs updates should not trigger dependent plans.
