Allow customization of from user and address when configuring e-mail in Bamboo

      Problem Definition

      Currently Bamboo doesn't allow customization of From on Configure details of the mail server in the Bamboo administration

      Suggested Solution

      Allow the usage of a variable such as $fullname so it could be configured like 

      $fullname (Bamboo) <noreply@yourcompany.com>

      Why this is important

      The emails needs to be customizable. JIRA and Confluence allows this.
