Define Triggers and Variables using YAML Specs

Problem Description:

Currently, we can't define triggers/variables using YAML Specs. This could be very useful in scaling the scope of the YAML Specs.

Suggested Solution:

Enable YAML to have such a feature.

Workaround:

Use Java as a Specs for this.
