We need to have a way to export a plan with history, commits, logs, artifacts, and everything related to it.
As for today, we can

• Do you full export of the Bamboo instance.
• Export a plan configuration using Specs.

Be able to export a plan using Specs including the history of it. Then move artifacts manually.
