From https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-10643:
I would like to give Bamboo exception status for branch permissions on a project level.
With the changes to linked repositories whenever I link a Bitbucket repository in Bamboo an SSH access key is automatically added to the Bitbucket repository.
But since this means that Bamboo only has Repository level access and not Project level access, I can't use Bamboo in branch permission exceptions on Bitbucket project level to inherit by all Bitbucket repositories.
Instead, I have to set a rule on Bitbucket project level (like 'forbid changes without merge request' for my master or production branch) and additionally have to add exceptions for the individual Bamboo ssh-key on each repository within the project manually, which especially for a microservice architecture are quite a lot of repositories, making this error prone and quite an effort.
