Remote agent manual approval notification

Summary

If would be nice to have a system notification to notify users in the event of a new remote agent pending approval. Currently Bamboo does not provide any sort of remote agent notification event, such as when an agent becomes online/offline. There's a 3rd party plugin that provides such feature called Bamboo Agent Notifications, but not even the plugin provides the ability to trigger notifications when a new remote agent request comes in. The plugin only notifies users in case an existing remote agent goes online/offline.

It would be very useful to have some sort of notification for agents that require manual approval when remote agent authentication is turned on.
