Allow customization of SSH Proxy timeout configuration

      Problem Definition

      Currently, SSH Proxy timeout is hardcoded for a 120000 ms. This sometimes makes it difficult to work with very large repositories, as they timeout before the checkout is complete.

      Suggested Solution

      Add option to set SSH Proxy timeout configuration in setenv.sh
