REST APIs for Projects should show the Project id

      Problem

      In order to assign an agent to a Job through REST API we need the Project ID, but this information does not seem to be available through RESTs

      Solution

      Add the Project ID to rest APIs returning Project details:
      e.g. <URL>/rest/api/latest/search/projects, <URL>/rest/api/latest/project/
