The ViewGroups page can only show a maximum of 100 groups, when integrated with LDAP

The group list on the viewGroups page maxes out at 100, if there are more than 100 groups not all are shown and since there is no search function on the groups page, there is no way to edit groups.

As a workaround, manually change the "startIndex" value in the URL to 100.
