Steps to Reproduce

• create a properties file to be consumed by Inject Bamboo variables task
  /opt/temp/bamb.properties

  foo=bar
  

• add Inject Bamboo variables task to a Job
• provide full path to properties files under Path to properties file input field:

  /opt/temp/bamb.properties
  

Expected Results

Bamboo should load properties file, since there is no disclaimer in plugin's UI or Atlassian documentation (https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=687213475) stating that Bamboo uses Relative Path instead

Actual Results

Bamboo cannot find properties file since path provided gets appended to Build Working Directory
