Have Bamboo log access (and other log entries) in different files

Summary

As for today, Bamboo logs all events in catalina.out (and atlassian-bamboo.log for Windows instances). This ends up in having massive log files (GBs big) which can become an inconvenience.

Solution

Have Bamboo log in different files, especially access logs (AccessLogFilter), which generates a lot of output.

Notes

Bitbucket has already this implementation running.
