Automatically compress build artifacts

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      We currently save build logs from our tests as build artifacts. These logs get to about 30MB, which takes quite some time to download. It would be great if Bamboo had an option to automatically compress build artifacts.

            Atlassian - Given this ticket is 7 years old, and there's numerous duplicates of it, and it's obviously an important requirement - do you think you could give us a rough idea of when it'll be acknowledged and/or completed?

            TeamCity stores and transmits artifacts from the agent to the server in the archive by default.
