      Sorry if I've missed this in the docs but I could see no way of changing the information/style/layout of the notifications raised by Bamboo and sent via email or IM.

            I believe you are asking about customising JIRA's e-mail templates. This issue is actually about Atlassian Bamboo.

            Hello... I'm just trying to do the same thing, I need an email notification to be send to a particular group, each time a ticket is put "ON PROGRESS", but, and here is the thing... I need it to show a custom message, wich will use certain data from the tk, like ENVIROMENT, SUBTASK, ETC.... or if it is possible, and this is far more usefull than the previous option.... can we custom the e-mail in itś complete form, and then, use it as a template, wich can be select to use in certain tks.....
            Is it possible to do such a thing?? or at least just a particular already conform template, created by me???
