Add a level of hierarchy to deployments.

      In bamboo builds, there is the project/build hierarchy.

       

      In bamboo deployments that is lost.  If I have multiple plans under a build project and those plans have deployments then I lose the ability to mirror my project\plan hierarchy in deployments.

            I started working with bamboo several weeks ago, and now migrating tens of project from other build server. The deployment plans amount is growing very quickly, so:

            1. This feature will allow to sort deployment plans by projects like build plans.
            2. I have one build project with only build plan templates inside of it, it is good to have the same for deployments, because now I have to create plans with "Template - " prefix in it.
            3. I have some build plans with the same names but in different build projects, so there is naming problem in deployment plans for that projects.
