Ability to add custom arguments in Tomcat deploy task

Problem Definition

In the current Tomcat deploy task, there is no option to add custom parameters. Eg. There is no option to pass arguments to override certificate check while deploying war to tomcat.

Suggested Solution

Add a text field where we can add custom parameters/arguments that we add via command prompt.

Workaround

With curl in a script task, one can perform the deployment that the Tomcat plugin normally does, as curl allowed us to explicitly switch off cert checks.
