Bamboo specs silently fail to get configuration changes from Bitbucket repository

Summary

Bamboo specs silently fail to get changes from Bitbucket repository.
This behavior causes the user to blindly try multiple times to set the configuration correctly without feedback.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow this tutorial to create the specs Tutorial: Create a simple plan with Bamboo Specs - Atlassian Documentation
2. Make sure you are able to send this to Bamboo (using Idea or Eclipse)
3. Create a Bitbucket repository with the project created (adding the folder bamboo-specs-tutorial)
4. Configure Bamboo to use this repository for specs form Enabling repository-stored Bamboo Specs - Atlassian Documentation

Expected Results

The plan will start building configuration changes every time a new coming arrives in the repository configured
OR
An error will be thrown in the logs or an information will be presented in the UI if the repository does not have the correct format to be loaded by repository specs

Actual Results

1. The plan will not get any changes from that repository.
2. No error will be thrown in the logs
