Remote agent having property to install in disabled state

When installing a Bamboo Remote Agent, the same is potentially available to run builds and/or deployments. Since there are scenarios where Bamboo is outsourced, unintentional build and/or deployment could be assigned to this just installed agent before necessary requirements and/or agent dedication could be applied.
