Pattern "[-a-z@_\-\.0-9]+" used for username validation. It doesn't allow to create new user with username which contains uppercase letters.

There's no visible reason for this limitation. Bamboo has requirement to use case sensitive DB collations, uppercase letters are handled without any problems if user comes from LDAP etc.
